Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:
We offer returns on all non-custom eyewear up to 10 days from the date of receipt. All items must be in new condition with original receipt.

RETURN FEES AND RETURN PROTECTION:
We now offer the option to add Return Protection to your order for $10.00.
By paying $10.00 at the time of purchase, should you decide to return any eligible items, you will qualify for a return at no additional cost. This allows you to avoid higher return shipping, handling and restocking fees.

If you opt out of our Return Protection offering for $10.00, you are still able to return eligible items from your order in accordance with our terms, however you will be responsible for return shipping, handling and restocking fees that start at $20.00 and may increase depending on the number of items you wish to return.  

Please note that this service does not exempt final sale items or from other store policies. 

FINAL SALE:
Prescription lenses, discounted frames, archive frames, custom sunglasses, custom sunglass lenses, dip dyed frames and frames with prescription lenses installed. Most cases and accessories. Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or refunds and are considered Final Sale. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:
Honored within 7 days of original purchase. 

FRAME WARRANTY:
We provide a two year warranty on our sunglasses, eyeglasses, and clips, starting upon date of original purchase or date of original delivery.
*No claim under our manufacturer warranty can be made if the damage is caused by Improper use or careless maintenance, normal wear and tear, incorrectly following the care instructions, or by having anyone other than Garrett Leight California Optical or an authorized retailer make repairs or changes to the product, including Rx lens install.

LENS WARRANTY:
Prescription lenses, with anti-reflective coating, include a 2 year scratch warranty. 2 free scratch-remakes within 2 years of purchase. Must be original prescription.
*90-Day Dr's Rx-Change warranty from date of purchase.
